Your data, in plain words.

Koruvai is made by ContextBox. Here is what it collects, why, and who can see it.

Your account

• Your email address and the name you give us.
• Your password, stored hashed. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we get your email address from them instead.
• The teams you belong to and your role on each.

What your team writes

Playbook items and notes your team adds, with who added them and when. Your agents can suggest items and add notes too.

What your agents did

When you connect your agent, Koruvai collects counts about each session and the name and operating system of your computer. It does not collect your code, your files or your full conversations. Short session summaries are collected only if your team turns them on. The security page lists what is sent.

Payments

Payments go through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects your card and billing details and sends the invoices. We receive the plan, the number of seats and the renewal date. We never see your card number.

Who can see it

• People on your team see each other's names, emails, roles, connected agents and session counts.
• Owners and admins manage the team, its computers and its settings.
• People outside your team see nothing of it.

Why we use it

To run Koruvai for your team: to give everyone's agent the team playbook, to show your team's activity and insights, and to bill for paid plans.

In your browser

The app keeps your sign in and your light or dark choice in your browser's storage. It has no advertising or analytics trackers.

Your choices

• Disconnect any of your computers at any time. It stops sending from then on.
• Owners and admins can turn session summaries off at any time.
• Delete notes and playbook items your team no longer wants.
