Who we are

Koruvai is run by ContextBox (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

Your account and your team

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Team owners and admins decide who is on the team and what the team shares.
• What your team writes in Koruvai stays yours. You let us store and process it to run the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Koruvai to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to store content you have no right to share. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

• Free stays free within its limits. New teams get a 14-day Pro trial with no card.
• Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until cancelled. Adding people adds seats, prorated on the next bill.
• Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record and the seller of record for your purchase. Polar's terms apply to the payment itself. Taxes are added where they apply.
• Cancel any time from Settings, Billing. See the refund policy.
• We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next renewal.

The service

We work to keep Koruvai running and your data safe (see privacy and security), but the service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can delete your account or team at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and you can export your team's data before it closes.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account owners by email before it applies.
